Ian Evison serves as the Congregational Services Director. Ian works with local congregations individually and in groups to assist in planning, resource evaluation, organizational development, and program implementation. He coaches leaders and he works with district committees with other organizations to partner in bringing to the district excellence in programming.

Dori Davenport serves as the district's Faith Development and Growth Director. Ms. Davenport works closely with Rev. Evison in overseeing the services provided to the 80 congregations in the district. These services include leadership development for both lay and professional leaders, resources on growth and healthy congregational dynamics, and networking for those seeking information on various aspects of congregational life. Ms. Davenport meets regularly with religious educators around the district to offer support and resources in all areas of lifespan religious education. She also coordinates the district's consultant program.

Both the Congregational Services Director and the Faith Development and Growth Director are jointly employed by the Central Midwest District and the Unitarian Universalist Association.

Peggy Boccard serves as District Office Manager. The District Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day functions in the office. Peggy supports the district committees as well as the board of trustees through database management, facilities management, and overall information systems management for the district. Ms. Boccard also creates the documentation and training for the district web site and other systems. She is a member of the Unitarian Church of Evanston, Illinois.

Kimberlee Tomczak Carlson serves as the part time Young Adult and Youth Coordinator. Kimberlee works directly with DYSC (District Youth Steering Committee) and YASC (Young Adult Steering Committee) providing staff support for budgeting, disbursements, committee meetings and events, governance, policies, maintaining youth and young adult websites and multiple listservs. Kimberlee also answers the phone calls, e-mails, and meets with UU congregations and members regarding youth and young adult issues. She can assist you in finding resources concerning scholarships, information, posters, grants, worship and workshop resources for youth and young adults. Kimberlee is also a fulltime teacher in Whitewater, WI.

Gretchen Ohmann serves as the Communications Coordinator. She is a member of Berrien UU Fellowship in St. Joseph, Michigan where she and her husband live. Gretchen coordinates mailing lists, the CMwD Media Team, and develops and fine-tunes our websites and web-based applications. Currently co-convener of Continental UU Women and Religion, she serves as the office manager for CMwD Women and Religion. Gretchen is also a web and graphic designer specializing in the Joomla Content Management System.

Michelle is the District’s Event and Publications Associate, and for the District serves on the New Start Congregations Team of the Congregational Growth and Development Council, and on the Religious Education Advisory Council. In her staff capacity she is responsible for preparing publicity and developing materials for District workshops. She and her family attend First Unitarian in South Bend, Indiana.
